I’ve noticed my cat keeps clawing at my couch and chairs, leaving behind scratches and frayed fabric. I’m frustrated because it’s damaging my furniture, but I also don’t want to punish my cat unfairly. Is this just a bad habit, or is there a deeper reason behind it?
